All products provided by Monforte Marcenaria have a warranty period of 5 years.
The company is limited to the audit of data and product replacement services under the terms detailed by e-mail registered by the company's professional to satisfactorily verify the existence of the alleged defect in material or workmanship. A company must consult all recompositions within a maximum period of 30 days, as provided for in the Consumer Defense Code.
The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects that are detected after receipt of the products. It does not contemplate our defects:
- Wear on the finish, parts and / or parts, occurred during use or exposure to adverse and unforeseen conditions (weather, humidity, sea air, intense cold and heat);
- Misuse, undue efforts, or any type of use is different for each product. Defects or wear caused for institutional use for products that are not explicitly indicated for this purpose;

Recovery of defects observed during the warranty period is only covered by:
- Presentation of your sales tax document;
The company reserves the right to change the general, technical and aesthetic conditions, or improve its products at any time, without incurring the obligation to do the same for products in stock or already sold.
